Our first priority is customer service and between Monday and Thursday we aim to ship all candle orders within 24 hours. If you have any questions, problems or would prefer to place your order over the telephone then simply give us a call. We are here to help.
Our candles are made from a mix of palm oil and soya, which is ethically sourced from West Malaysia. Our candles have been sourced this way for over 14 years by our manufacturer. We are aware of concerns of palm oil recently with the demand for biofuels leading to deforestation. Rest assured our palm oil is grown sustainably in official areas and not derived from deforestation.
Our candles are fragranced with essential oils or man made nature identical fragrances. Essential oils are natural products and can be mood enhancing. The wick of our candles are 100% cotton.
To get the best out of our organic candles you need to follow some simple rules:
If you keep your scented tea lights for a while and when you come to use them again you find that they have developed white spots, do not worry. It is the essential oils coming to the surface of the pure organic wax. If you have a hair dryer, simply blast some hot air over the surface of the candle and the spots will disappear.
If you purchase any of our metal tea light holders, please remember that these will get hot when you burn your tea light. Do not let them come into contact with any other object and allow them to cool before you touch them.
